Salon Policies

 

  • Our scheduling is planned to allow sufficient time for each service. Please help yourself and others by being on time. We recommend that your arrive 10 minutes early, so you can sit down, enjoy a beverage and relax.

 

  • In consideration of our staff, please call us a minimum of 24 hours ahead of your appointment time should a cancellation be necessary.  Cancellations of less than 24 hours notice in advance will result in a 50% charge.

 

  • We understand that children will need to accompany you to the salon at times. For their safety and that of others please keep them seated. 

 

  • We encourage you to experience the talents of all our staff at Belvedere. If you feel you would like to try your services with another staff member, please let us know. We are a team and are here to accommodate you.

 

  • To insure availability of your preferred appointment time, we recommend that you schedule your next appointment before you leave.

 

  • We also have great facilities for “Bachelorette” parties. Spend the day with your closest friends, while enjoying facials, massages, manicures, pedicures, and have your hair done just right, for your night out on the town.

 

  • Gift Cards are available and may be redeemed for services & products. They are not redeemable for cash.

 

  • Please note gift cards & discount coupons cannot be combined on any one service.

 

  • Phone Orders are always accepted!

 

 

 

 

Any services that exceed over one hour and is not canceled

within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged 50% of that service.
